The IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG acts within the holding structure as Lead Arranger for the listed public companies Vivion Investments S.à r.l., Luxembourg, and IES Holdings Ltd., Tel Aviv, serving as the group’s managing holding company.
The Swiss public limited company undertakes, on its own behalf or for third parties, the acquisition, holding, management and participation in real estate, as well as strategic investments within the M&A segment.
For Bank Hapoalim in Tel Aviv, clients from the Retail Banking Division are supported. International activities are limited to securities trading services (brokerage), including custody services and trading in currencies and derivatives.

The strategy of IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG is based on an expansive yet selective investment approach, with a focus on residential properties in the value-add segment. Investments are primarily made in major German metropolitan areas and their surrounding regions, with opportunities being identified and leveraged in a targeted manner.
The objective is either to dispose of properties profitably in the short term or to enhance their value sustainably over the medium term through an active “manage-to-core” approach.
