The strategy of IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG is based on an expansive yet selective investment approach, with a focus on residential properties in the value-add segment. Investments are primarily made in major German metropolitan areas and their surrounding regions, with opportunities being identified and leveraged in a targeted manner.
The objective is either to dispose of properties profitably in the short term or to enhance their value sustainably over the medium term through an active “manage-to-core” approach.

Strategic investments in recycling represent a key lever for advancing the circular economy. The objective is to close material loops, substitute primary raw materials and reduce waste. By investing in recycling technologies, sorting facilities and take-back systems, companies secure access to valuable secondary raw materials.
Equity participations in systems such as RIGK strengthen recycling efforts at the very stage of product development. The focus is shifting from traditional waste management towards closed value chains, with financing structures and “make-or-buy” decisions playing a central role.
