Isidor Dzyaloszinski
Board of Directors
The trained banker is a well-established expert within the real estate sector and previously held a senior position in the International Real Estate Transactions division at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. in London, the US bank founded in 1914. Today, Merrill Lynch is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America.
During his professional career at the US bank, Mr Isidor Dzialoszynski served until 1987 as Divisional Director and held a CFDC licence for commodities and bonds, structuring tailored financial strategies for high-net-worth clients with investment volumes starting from USD 3 million.
Jade Tia Maria Lopez
Board of Directors
Jade Tia Maria Lopez has been a member of the Board of Directors of IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG since January 2026. She is committed to transparent, comprehensible structures and team-oriented decision-making. Since November 2025, Ms Lopez has also been serving in a managing capacity as Managing Director of Palazzo Hotel Verde GmbH in Lichtenfels-Fürstenberg. From 2005 to 2016, Ms Lopez worked in project management at the Australian firm TIA Consulting, founded in 1984, where she was responsible for overseeing services from design through to the construction phase for residential, commercial and industrial properties during key decision stages. From 2017 onwards, she successfully managed TIA Consulting’s Frankfurt office independently, leading a project team until November 2025. Since 2011, Ms Lopez has also been engaged in voluntary work as Managing Director of ICW e.V., a registered non-profit association supporting disadvantaged children from socially underprivileged families. Financial shortfalls are addressed through targeted fundraising initiatives, sports sponsorship and the provision of essential aids such as wheelchairs, thereby promoting greater equality of opportunity and participation in everyday social life.
Igor Mogilev
Key Account Manager
Igor Mogilev is an experienced specialist in the fields of hospitality and operational real estate. Since 2024, he has been responsible for real estate acquisition transactions as well as for strategically aligned equity participations in metal recycling companies within the circular economy sector.
Prior to joining IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG, he held a managerial position in e-commerce and marketing at the Hilton London Kensington. Igor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management, with a focus on sales and marketing/distribution.

Jakob Johannes Schetters
Tax & Risk Management
During his studies towards a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt) in 1991, Jakob Schetters developed a strong connection to the city of Leipzig and its residents. Since 2019, he has been a partner at Schetters & Strauß PartG mbB in Leipzig. Niederrhein-Kontor Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH in Kempen serves as the headquarters of the two tax advisory firms. In 2023, Jakob Schetters joined the Swiss public limited company IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG as a junior partner and shareholder. Alongside his close ties to Leipzig, he remains connected to his home region of the Lower Rhine, including the towns of Kempen, Krefeld and Rheurdt. In a voluntary capacity, Mr Schetters is actively involved with the St Martinskomitee Schaephuysen e. V. Among friends and business partners, Jakob Schetters is often described as a workaholic — he refers to it as genuine enjoyment and passion for his profession. Within the team of IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG, he plays an indispensable role. His financial and tax analyses are highly specialised and tailored to the complex requirements of the capital markets and group law. He played a key advisory role in the areas of compliance and regulatory reporting, as well as in the strategic repositioning of IMMO INVESTMENTS FUND AG in 2026. His financial analysis, reporting structures and optimisation of financial workflows — ensuring overall economic efficiency — serve as essential control indicators between the Swiss holding company and its German property-level subsidiaries.
Anja Krüger
Head of Sales
Anja Krüger is an experienced real estate expert with extensive expertise in the development, structuring and delivery of complex residential, commercial and specialised properties. Her work is characterised by an entrepreneurial, balance-sheet-driven and capital markets-oriented perspective, combined with in-depth experience in asset management and the executive leadership of a public limited company. She played a key role in the development of major large-scale projects in Leipzig, including the construction of the long-distance coach terminal at the main railway station as well as several inner-city hotel developments. These projects required not only economic expertise but also close coordination with municipal authorities, political bodies and regulatory agencies. Her professional profile encompasses holistic project development across all asset classes — from location and usage concepts, feasibility analyses and due diligence to lease structuring and the coordination of financing and transaction processes. In collaboration with banks and institutional investors, she is responsible for the structured preparation and coordination of credit and investment procedures. Anja Krüger stands for a structured, risk-aware yet opportunity-driven approach to project development, with the objective of delivering economically sustainable, urbanistically integrated and long-term value-stable real estate assets.
Luisa Schade
Objectmanagement
Luisa Schade is a graphic and web designer specialising in visual communication and responsive web design. She is responsible for the conception, design and optimisation of websites — from layout development through to SEO-oriented image design. In addition, she prepares professional brochures, investment memoranda and financial presentations, combining visual clarity with well-structured content.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from IU International University of Applied Sciences, with a creative focus on design and visual communication. She combines aesthetic sensitivity with analytical thinking and develops clear design and communication concepts for both digital and print media.
Lord Carlos
Herzensbrecher
As a Havanese, one is, as is widely known, a true workhorse — which is precisely why Renata takes me to the office every single day. My role as office dog is highly varied and comes with considerable responsibility. From generously showering all two-legged colleagues with affectionate licks, to strictly supervising the attendance of my four-legged counterparts, and expertly eliminating crumbs of every description — my working day is tightly organised.
I may not have been in the role for all that long, but the place has clearly been running far better since I took up my duties. By around 4:30 p.m., I am quite ready to head home. Occasionally, Renata insists on quickly finishing an email or something similar, but one critical look from me is entirely sufficient. She immediately understands the situation and hastens to wrap things up.
Once we finally arrive home, Renata and I head straight out for a long walk. We often meet other four-legged companions at our dog field. There is frequently a young Havanese lady there — I can tell you, she has quite captured my heart: sable-brown, flowing coat and fawn-coloured eyes. Simply enchanting, the young lady.
